my first White Christmas
Growing up in Australia, I’ve always dreamed of having a White Christmas. Don’t get me wrong, I love Australian Christmases. We have plenty of our own traditions, like Carols by Candlelight, going to the beach, having a BBQ and Santa wearing shorts! It’s just that all the Christmas movies I watched as a kid, made celebrating Christmas in winter look so magical. Being able to rug up in cosy clothes and drink hot chocolates when it’s not 30 degrees outside. Ice skating, the snow falling and building snowmen. Christmas in Australia!!
After getting into the Christmas spirit in Stockholm, I was ready to head home and spend some time with my family and friends. Of course catching up with my loved ones was the highlight of the trip, but brunch came in a close second! Australian coffee and breakfasts are something I really miss about being away so it’s one of the first things I do when I go home.

It’s Christmas time!!!
The weather has turned icy and grey. I can’t go outside without a jacket, beanie and gloves and it’s dark by 3pm. That can only mean one thing… it’s time to get into the Christmas spirit!
